Absolutely the best maintenance man i have delt with since living here! He's friendly and seems to really care about fixing things up!! Really wonderful man!!
I can't even begin to tell you. We are seniors living on Social security, quite non smokers, never made trouble always paid rent on time. We lived there for 3 hrs. Went through atleast 4 or 5 management teams. No problems with the apartment it's self. Nice nieghbors, but with new management teams. Property began to look shoddy. Rents increased. Dogs running loose, dog waste everywhere. No lighting in parking lots at night. Messages not answered or ignored, as no one ever answered the phones.
Nice apartments but the property manager( she no longer works there) was rude. My friend lives there has for quite some time. He is disabled and has a hard time walking. They put him in the only building without a handicap ramp out front and are always getting on him about his dog being on a leash and picking up after his dog. As I mentioned he can't walk very well or at all without a walker and a lot of concentration and effort. So when I stop by I pick up after his dog and he can't hold a leash and walk. Beautiful, spacious apartments and love the location! Nestled right in the heart of town, easy access to all of the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!
They will steal your money. And they disrespect and discriminate the employees
