Went to the ER at 7:10pm on Saturday night. The registration personal was so nice. She kept me informed on the wait. My nurse Andie A was absolutely wonderful. Great service and kindness was received by my nurse Andie, PA-C Becky, Xray tech, and registration. Becky can do some great stitches. Thank you for the great service!!!!!
Very kind doctors in the ER and once my mom was admitted. Dr. Kavanaugh was so kind and took the time to talk to her and myself about everything that was going on with her and never made us feel rushed or like we were a bother. The hospital is always clean and the food service is great as well.
Went to prairie ridge hospital for a broken foot everything was fine. Fast forward three years later I found out they sued me for $1700 and never bothered serving me or sending anything in the mail.
Prarie ridge clinic and whatever the hospital attached is the worse. Stay out of these small columbus beaver dam etc I'd you have anything more then a cur or broken arm. They are rude. And Did absolutely no help with my mental health. Never again.
