We had to go in for an adult with high fever and a cough that turned out to be bilateral pneumonia. The facility was clean, the work flows were efficient, and the care by all who we encountered was compassionate and professional. The staff seems personable and genuinely seemed to like what they're doing. This facility is certainly a place to go to if there's a need.

I wouldn’t take my dog here!!! My daughter and I are both sick, I have really severe cold symptoms. Sore throat, headache, cough, earache just feeling like crap. I was sent home with no medication, after speaking with the doctor (what a waste) he told me that the only way I could receive medication. If I had a chest X-ray and it revealed I pneumonia, after I had already been there for over an hour! Excellent care from Prairie Ridge ER yesterday. Very caring and thorough, Julie the Social Worker is the best we have encountered.

I took my daughter in to be seen for an possible ear infection that had been causing her pain and we sat in the waiting room for over an hour and keep in mind she is an infant plus not really wanting to help her to feel less pain or prescribe medication because she indeed has an ear infection. Plus they took everyone that came to check in after her and they were all adults.

2nd covid shot. From the screeners to the doctors a special shout out. 7 year's as a combat medic. You are a well oiled machine. Great logistics . I can't thank you enough for your relentless efforts. Thank you all.
