I viewed the professional staff as attentive and their lounge area was clean and organized. They recieved their inpatients quickly to the back area for assessment of injuries and released with medical paperwork of diagnosis and with treatment/s also quickly. Modern outside and heard how some equipment looked on wheels to someone who probably hasn't seen how machine mobility is used for modern equipped everyday health services.
Always very clean and the wait time for urgent care is typically not very long. Staff is always friendly and we feel well cared for going here.
Doctor called in sick and didn’t call the patient right away about it and now her ride is not getting paid at work because she had to request off to get her fiancé to her appointment. Now you’re affecting other people’s money. She gets off her parents insurance in January and your going to cancel the appointment the day of? Now when will she be able to go? Because her ride works M-F 8-4. Her ride can’t keep requesting off for appointments that are just going to get canceled. It’s affecting her job.
