I went to an “Establish Care” visit after moving and the process was smooth. Everything is online and through text at first which made paperwork easy. I have ambulatory barriers/use assisted devices and it was very accessible with parking, the seating and entryways. I had Tara as my dental hygienist and I love her. She was very inclusive and supportive with consideration to my physical disabilities and needs. No communication what so ever. They sent my husband to another office for a referral because they couldn’t extract his impacted wisdom teeth. Got to the referral office and they informed us they don’t extract wisdom teeth at this office let alone extract any teeth at all. Why are you referring your patients to offices that don’t do the procedures you’re referring for?!? Non stop issues since he’s been coming here, I suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for a dentist in the area.

I like the dentist and hygienist. BUT the billing department needs some training on how to file claims properly. I have been dealing with them for 3 months.
