I am not a tenant but viewed one of the units. I was completely appalled that someone was wanting to, with a straight face, rent me one of these units (albeit for a very cheap price). Corroded fixtures. Peeling baseboards. Missing lights. Exposed wiring. Baseboard heaters with plates removed. It was so bad. It’s clear the company does not care about the properties they run. I do NOT recommend this housing at all! The unit is in terrible condition. The baseboards are damaged, clearly showing that there has been a long-term battle with cockroaches. But nobody told us anything about it! We just turned on the light and immediately saw a huge number of cockroaches running all over the place. This kind of housing should not be rented to people.
