If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are absolutely insane for renting these places to people and calling them liveable. Last year I moved to Estevan for school and I had set up a rental with them prior to moving, the units online looked nice enough (the photos on their website are AI) and upon my arrival I was told I would be met by a property manager and given my keys.
