I do NOT recommend this housing at all! The unit is in terrible condition. The baseboards are damaged, clearly showing that there has been a long-term battle with cockroaches. But nobody told us anything about it! We just turned on the light and immediately saw a huge number of cockroaches running all over the place. This kind of housing should not be rented to people. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are absolutely insane for renting these places to people and calling them liveable. Last year I moved to Estevan for school and I had set up a rental with them prior to moving, the units online looked nice enough (the photos on their website are AI) and upon my arrival I was told I would be met by a property manager and given my keys. I got there and no one was there so I called and they said to meet at their head office and pick them up which was fine. The second my co... read more
