Extremely poor service past month and a bit from the staff member named “Hurricane”. Will not acknowledge customers unless you beg them/her to help you out at the counter. Despite buying product that was faulty here he/them did not return it despite it being within the timeframe and receipt being provided. Loyal customer lost!
The staff here suck! So rude!
The girl that said she was blind was rude. Won’t ever be back. Hire staff that doesn’t “know everything” so they’re more relatable.
Experienced here has always been great till recently. Little East Indian guy working was racist towards me the one day so instead of trying to make a problem or have any confrontation today I just asked for someone more costumer friendly and I got asked to leave if I didn’t want him to serve me with 4 other employees in the store. Very disappointed as I come here almost everyday for my prerolls.
