Prairie Pride repaired a large amount of rotten wood frame, floor and wall under our bunk near the leaking hot water tank. They were amazing to deal with, kept us updated with photos and videos thru the process of the repair, gave us options and suggestions and even saved us some money when we thought the hot water tank was “done”. We are completely satisfied with the quality work and the finished product!! We highly recommend Prairie Pride for your camper repairs and service!! Thanks Mark and Stacy!!
If I could give more than five stars I would. Mark and Stacy are friendly and professional. Not only were they able to help me with my camper plumbing issue, they were more than willing to show me how to make sure I was maintaining certain parts of my trailer that were not part of the repair that they were performing. Not only did they correct the plumbing issue, they actually improved the setup to ensure proper bypasses could be made for the hot water tank for when shutdown season starts. Very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We're so happy we called them to fix our parents' trailer, which had a water leak for so long. Mark was able to very quickly analyze and resolve the issue. Both Stacy and Mark took the time to share some helpful information. We 100% recommend contacting Prairie Pride, and we'll definitely be calling them back again.
