I purchased a new zero turn mower from Middleton power center and one of my rear tires kept loosing air so I called the Middleton store about the tire and asked if they would cover it? The employee said yes to bring it in. I asked if I could take it to the sun prairie location and he stated that would be totally fine. They serviced my Cub Cadet Commercial riding ZTR mower. I am very impressed wit their service - the mower looks and rides like new. Fair, honest pricing, good communication, and excellent service. Will use them for years to come!
Absolute trash customer service. I called to see if they had a basic fuel system part in stock for my chainsaw, and the staff literally laughed at me over the phone. They flat out refused to even open their system to look up the part number to see if it was on the shelf. Unbelievably lazy, arrogant, and disrespectful attitude toward local customers.
