We’ve been living at Prairie Pines since 2021 and have been extremely happy. The townhomes are well maintained, maintenance is always quick to respond and pleasant. The pool and gym are always clean. Our only little hiccup is people cleaning up after their dogs. PP does everything to make it easy to cleanup but people don’t always participate. Overall, it’s a lovely, safe place to live.
We have loved our stay here at Prairie Pines. Its a great place for your kids and we have awesome neighbors. The front desk is always so helpful and kind. We have had at times plumbing issues and they have it fixed right away. The maintenance guy that came was so helpful and kind and even fixed the water pressure in our showers. He went above and beyond. This is a great safe place to live and raise your kids.
Janzzel was quick and efficient and extremely friendly. I hope he gets to come help us with all of our maintenance needs in the future!
Our move-out experience was extremely frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Throughout the process, management avoided meeting with us in person despite multiple requests. This made it very challenging to resolve questions and clarify expectations before we left. I eventually just dealt with everything via email. After we moved out, we were notified of additional costs that had accrued via third party text. This place has been great. We love being here and the environment. Been here almost 5 years and haven't had any problems at all. I would recommend praire pines to anyone looking for a luxurious townhouse
