Dillon was very professional, polite, cared about what he was doing, was good at what he was doing, knowledgeable, and was very helpful. He did an inspection and come next day to spray for beetles. It was affordable as well. We used a different company first regrettably and only received a 10 minute inspection and no treatment. I would recommend prairie to everyone in need of the service. Dylan did a thorough inspection one day and the next day was able to fit us in for general spraying. We had a hard time getting other exterminators to come out even though we had pictures. Dylan found several types of bugs in the traps we had laid out
