I took my rescue Border Collie mix to Prairie Peak Kennels over Christmas for boarding and training for what I thought was aggression. Jack is so thoughtful with his training plan for each dog; you can really tell it's his passion and see how skilled he is. When I picked Addison up he informed me she's not aggressive just has a different play style than other dogs. He worked with her to be less shy, helped her start to learn appropriate play, and gave me tons of tips on how to help her. We just got home from a play date with... read more

Jack does a amazing job. Using the beeper on the shock collar to make rem our yellow lab come is great. She can be across the hay field and and over the hill and will come back. She cant even hear me but the beeper on the shock collar and comes running. When we come in there driveway she goes nuts knowing she will get to play with all the other dogs.
LOVE this kennel! Room to roam/play - OUTSIDE! Clearly love dogs! One stop shop - boarding/training/grooming/top of the line pet supplies/breeding. Very responsive via cell/text.
Introducing an e-collar to our spirited lab pup was such a source of anxiety to our family prior to bringing her out to Jack. We didn't want to do ANYTHING detrimental to her spirit. I truly appreciated the time Jack spent REALLY listening to our concerns and answering any and all questions. I'm not easy to impress, but there is a reason this place has 50+ 5-Star ratings. I picked up Mia two weeks ago after leaving her there for only 5 days and EVERYONE is impressed with how well she listens now and NO ONE can believe how young she is. Prairie Peak Kennels is the best around and worth every single dollar.
