Representative said just wait a moment for information and she just transferred me to the call and i did not get anyone. I called again they didnt answer the call. I asked specific questions about general information and she said she does not know and wait and she left me to no one.
They do not list doctors for Lans who are not specifically unity point doctors. People who register you do not know how to look up or implement lab testing for a series presented by doctors. Missing 1 of the lab tests results requested in my series. Whoever the trainer is for these people who register you for labs is not training staff to know what a series is and how to find the orders.
My experience here has been much better than Allen hospital. It is clean, people are friendly, and I usually get called back within five minutes or less.
