My son is 15 and needed all 4 wisdom teeth cut out. I was able to get him in with 3 weeks before school will start. From the moment of check in till the moment we left everyone was very professional and any questions we had they were able to answer and explain perfectly clear even for my son. Friendly faces and smiles along with great bed side manners. Ibwould definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery is a very pleasant office to visit. The atmosphere is quiet and calm. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Smart is a wonderful doctor with a great personality as well as a professional attitude. He is obviously very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. I felt comfortable asking questions. He explained options but didn't push for any one in particular, making it clear any decisions were entirely mine. I will feel good about putting my care in his hands.
We are very happy with the quality of service of the entire staff at Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery! They helped ease our daughter's nerves and ours too. They made sure we knew what was going on and there was no waiting around. The discharge nurse was awesome! He was very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed when we got home. I highly recommend Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery.
I am very happy with prairie oral surgeon I have the highest respect for Dr smart and his young educated staff especially Trinity. The first day Dr smart saw me I was in such emotional distress that I couldn't even listen and follow up with his treatment plan nor had I given nor had I given him, any money for the consultation. Then a few weeks later I decided to see another fly by night dentist and was amazed at Dr smart would give me the X-ray that I did not even pay for yet .
