Prairie was recommended to me by the VA Community Care program. They were efficient and friendly, exactly what is needed when they are preparing you for dental surgery. Trinity, the dental hygienist, was great. She did all of the preliminary work and explained things well. The dentist only had to confirm that I understood what she had told me. Easy peasy. I'm not looking forward to my procedure, no one likes dental surgery. However, I'm comfortable with having it done with this team.
This place is amazing! We saw Dr. Smart for our youngest sons double jaw surgery and now for our oldest sons multiple teeth extractions. They got us in next day while other oral surgeons in MN gave us 2- 3 month wait times despite him being in severe pain with repeated dental infections. I work in healthcare and Dr. Smart is the only doctor I know that gives his patients his cell number to call with questions or concerns. He even takes it upon himself to check in. Staff was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr even called us back on a Saturday to answer any questions we had. The were amazing to work with us on our limited schedule & we greatly appreciate that! Only negative, was waited over 40 minutes past our scheduled time. Otherwise, was a very good experience for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed.
I am thankful for Dr. Smart and his staff. I was recommended to him by another doctor who lives about 100 miles away from Fargo but has seen his work on many of his patients. She told me that, in her practice, she has seen Dr. Smart's work and there are things he has done with facial trauma that leaves her wondering how he ever did that! I have been on a long journey of teeth repair. I had the pleasure of having my dental care(implants) done at Prairie Oral today. From the minute I walked in to being walked out to my ride, the staff and procedures were exceptional. I felt very comfortable with my treatment plan, the care team, and the entire procedure.
