Dr. Smart has performed wisdom teeth removal surgery for two of my children, and both experiences exceeded our expectations. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, answer all of our questions, and make us feel comfortable throughout the process. The nurse who cared for our children as they woke up from anesthesia was exceptional and helped inform us how best to care for our children at home. Both children had smooth and quick recoveries. Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery is a very pleasant office to visit. The atmosphere is quiet and calm. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Smart is a wonderful doctor with a great personality as well as a professional attitude. He is obviously very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. I felt comfortable asking questions. He explained options but didn't push for any one in particular, making it clear any decisions were entirely mine. I will feel good about putting my care in his hands.
Dr. Smart and the staff were amazing! I had teeth #1 and #19 removed and the whole procedure was very quick—about 15 minutes plus recovery under anesthesia. They were incredibly helpful with my anxiety and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The office was extremely clean and organized, and they even provided a recovery bag with helpful supplies. Overall, they made the whole experience easy and far less scary. Highly recommend!
Dr. Smart and the two ladies that helped with my oral surgery today were absolutely amazing! Definitely one of the best experiences with a dental place I’ve ever had. They made me feel relaxed, comfortable and answered every single question I had. The comical back and forth between Dr. Smart and the women who were assisting made it so incredibly hard to not laugh. We are very happy with the quality of service of the entire staff at Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery! They helped ease our daughter's nerves and ours too. They made sure we knew what was going on and there was no waiting around. The discharge nurse was awesome! He was very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed when we got home. I highly recommend Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery.
