I had Derek Fox from Prairie Oaks Plumbing come out to my house to help me with my water heater issues. I called many companies the night before as they all advertise 24/7 service. I was unable to get a single plumber out to help. I was told the earliest would be maybe the next day in the afternoon. At the time it was feeling like an emergency so quite disappointing.
