I ordered 300$ worth of live plants. You can see how they advertise them on the website. What I received were dormant, rootbound plants in varying states. You can see what I received compared to what another customer received and posted pictures of. Customer service kept saying they "try to educate their customers that it is not important what is above the soil" basically telling me I was not intelligent or experienced enough to know what I am looking at.
