Dr. McDonald is wonderful! He recently did wellness exams for our two horses. He handled them with patience and care and was very thorough in his evaluations. He listened to our questions about feed and supplements and provided great feedback. We received detailed information on preventative care especially for our senior gelding. He also covers equine emergencies for our area. Prairie Mountain Vet is a top notch equine mobile vet service and we highly recommend Dr. McDonald!
Can’t recommend Dr. McDonald more. Friendly, educated, and kind. He takes the time to listen to your thoughts and questions, and isn’t afraid to explain his reasoning behind his decisions. I really appreciate his less is more approach as not only does it save your horse from unnecessary procedures but obviously your pocket book too.
Dr. McDonald is one of the best vets I've ever met. He is pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any horse owner.
