Great staff they care so much about their residents. The Administrator and DON are going above and beyond with the care for residents and their families. The facility itself is very clean, bright and friendly. This is a good place to bring your loved one to.
Great place. I visited it last week and was pleasantly surprised how clean it was. But, the most impressive thing was the interaction between the residents and staff. I highly recommend. Christi Stuebben

I will give this facility 5 stars every day of the week. The staff is amazing and cares so much for their people and treats each and every resident as if they are family. From maintenance to management this facility is a well run machine that provides top notch care while still feeling like home. I am a new resident at Prairie Meadows this place is awesome! They have awesome activities and take very good care of me medically. They have the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Marcus the administrator is my best friend.
