The noise from their heavy equipment at 3am is no bueno. I don’t know which came first, the concrete plant or the neighborhood. At this point, the neighborhood rules. Be respectful!
This company is unsafe. They have no regard whatsoever for Public Safety. I turned left on a blind corner and one of their mixers had the entire street, both directions, blocked with no way to get around it. I will point out that the mixer was not pouring any concrete but did have its chute fully extended. I honked my horn as the back of my car was sticking out onto a main road ( a US highway) but the driver ignored me. Again, the mixer was NOT pouring.
