Men from this company were doing work on my neighbors house. They blocked my driveway. When I approached them about it I was told their job took precident over my drive. Wrong answer. If you need to block a driveway you contact that residence first, not last, then to blame the homeowner if the house They aren't even working on! Ridiculous!
I’m at a Milwaukee property and I see the reviews are not great, when I called the property owners let them know what was going on here at my current property, the person answred within two rings which I did not expect, as it is after 5 PM. I have lived in The Concord apartments for 8 years, and have been told the whole time upgrades like new windows are coming. So far empty promises. My windows whistle and freeze closed in the winter. If I need to get out it won't work. "Upgraded " laundry by eliminating the one across the hall from me. Now I have to drag my laundry to another section on my floor or down to the next level . We have lived at Concord Apartments in Caledonia,WI for almost 4 years. We have loved our time here and our property manager and maintenance team is fantastic! We haven’t had any issues until recently. They notified us that we would be getting new washer and dryers in our laundry room. We assumed it would just take a week or so. It has been over a month and it is still not complete. Also, they are taking away one laundry room so now we only have one at the opposite end of the hall. This company manages Lake Grove Village on 35th and Gottage Grove. They never return phone calls. We have a on site manager that is the absolute worst.
