It's really sad that zee from hi Mount gardens apartments at 2325 N 50th street in milwaukee was allowed to open , read and tape the mail back up then lied and stated she didn't know the mail wasn't hers when her name wasn't on the mail the mail was a tenants mail from another landlord the tenant was trying to rent to while in the process of moving from hi Mount! I have lived at a complex in the Milwaukee area for almost 6 years. They do no sort of update to anything with the apartments. My fridge/freezer has bugs, my a/c unit is falling apart, I have to plunge my toilet on a regular basis, the laundry facilities are dirty and out dated and the parking is horrible. I’m not sure what they do yearly inspections for or claim that they only raise rent because they look at other places. Men from this company were doing work on my neighbors house. They blocked my driveway. When I approached them about it I was told their job took precident over my drive. Wrong answer. If you need to block a driveway you contact that residence first, not last, then to blame the homeowner if the house They aren't even working on! Ridiculous!

I’m at a Milwaukee property and I see the reviews are not great, when I called the property owners let them know what was going on here at my current property, the person answred within two rings which I did not expect, as it is after 5 PM. I have what I would consider an emergency maintenance. There is no water in the building. I tried for 15 minutes. I have lived in The Concord apartments for 8 years, and have been told the whole time upgrades like new windows are coming. So far empty promises. My windows whistle and freeze closed in the winter. If I need to get out it won't work. "Upgraded " laundry by eliminating the one across the hall from me. Now I have to drag my laundry to another section on my floor or down to the next level .
