We have utilized Prairie Life Storage several times to store dorm contents over the summer. We have had good experiences. We like the climate controlled aspect and it is clean and secure. Christina provided great assistance!
Customer of 3 years moved out after lousy experience with new owners. I moved out on Saturday (4/25) and had sent them an email a couple days prior (4/23) notifying them of my intentions and then another email the day I moved out. I received no reply to either email. Extremely secure, clean, accessible storage facility. I love how easy it is to pull in, load/unload and get going with the rest of my day. No muss/no fuss! Carts are available right in the parking bay - no need to go hunting for them! Although everyone is always super helpful when you need to call in, Christina was super helpful in getting me back on track with an updated system! 😉
Prairie Life Storage is easily the best storage facility in Cedar Falls. My unit was clean, secure, and easy to access. The smart entry system is great and the whole property is very well maintained. Sam, the manager, is outstanding, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in finding the right unit. The rental process was quick and hassle-free. Sam is the most knowledgeable I highly recommend Prairie Life Storage.
