Randomly closed the office without warning on a day I had scheduled to rent a truck to move into college. Nobody answers the phone, and we get conflicting information when trying to go through the online forms. We’ve had a reservation made for months now, and we have all of our information ready, but nobody seems to know how their own systems work, with their sites not accepting phone numbers from the pre-existing reservation. We stored half our household items at Prairie Life while we moved, and had a fantastic experience. Staff was friendly and professional, storage was dry and secure, and when we finally moved into our new home and retrieved our items, we were delighted to find our things in perfect condition! No rodents or insects, not even a layer of dust!
