Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is there is just so much Crammed in there that it's hard to really look at everything. It turns into a brain overload. However that may be a downside but it's also an upside. You can go in there multiple times and find something new every time. I enjoyed using it as part of our day date with my husband. It brings up lots of conversations as you walk through and shop!
