The Oaks at Northpoint was recommend as the rehabilitation nursing facility for My Mom after she broke her hip at 95 years on Christmas Eve. The recommendation could not have been better. Every worker and the staff personnel are consummate professionals and know/do their job well. Many did not think Mom would make it but with the help of everyone from the aids, to OT and PT she recovered and was able to come home earlier than expected. Should any unfortunate event happen to her again, The Oaks at Northpoint will be my first ... read more

I am writing this review for my friend who doesn’t use a computer. My friend’s husband was at Taylor Springs for several weeks. It was not a good experience. His ortho specialist instructed that his foot needed to be propped on a pillow so it didn’t get sore. After instructing the staff to do this over and over it didn’t get done. He ended up with open sores that the specialist says will take 2 months to heal. On another occasion he was to be transported to his Drs. appointment. THEY LOADED UP AND DELIVERED ANOTHER PATIENT. ... read more

I am visiting my God-Mother, it's 8:30 pm and Denise, the 12/13 nurse on duty has yet to give my God-Mother her medicine. When I went out to inquire, she was sitting with Duncan talking and playing on her phone. This is totally unacceptable!!! My God-Mother takes her medicine at 7:15-7:30 pm and it is now 8:27 pm. She has dementia and NEEDS to be on a schedule. I plan to call the Executive Director, Tim Reardon in the morning 12/14/2018. I am totally dissatisfied. Communication is poor. Don't bring your family members here! ... read more

Excellent care and intensive, knowledgeable therapy post surgery. Clean, attractive facility. Staff is warm and cross trained for efficiency. Executive Director is hands on and devoted and extremely responsive. In more than a month stay, never saw disrespectful or dismissive responses to residents by any level of staff. Would definitely return.

My Father-In-Law, Richard, was treated very kind at the Lakes of Monclova. He had wonderful caregivers during his stay at his "home away from home". We will always be thankful and grateful for the care and kindness you have shown. Doug and Joni Tolles

My father-in-law spent 12 days at Wellbrooke. During his stay he fell twice, only one was documented, had one shower and had to ask for his medicine. No one will take responsibility for anything when you question why something was or wasn't done. The doctor who saw him within the first 24 hours he was there, spent maybe 10 minutes with him and changed 3 of his meds without notifying him or the family. We later learned they had multiple complaints/problems with the doctor and they dismissed him from their facility. I would ... read more

9/2018. Having terrible experience with our loved one. Understaffed. Attitudes. No team help. Feel swept under the rug. Some probs. 1.5 hr wait after button pushed, ants in room, two meals not served to our Father this week. We are doing all the care. Making bed. Assisting him to bathroom. Showers. Cleaning. Only great thing are the PT and Ot staff. Everything else a sham. A shame. Sad.
