⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with D.R. Horton at Prairie Lakes! Blake Wuellner was wonderful to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, helpful, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions and make sure we knew what was going on. Buying a home can definitely be stressful, but having someone who communicates well and is easy to work with makes such a difference. We’re so excited about our new home and really appreciate all of Blake Wuellner’s help getting us here. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🏡❤️
I had an excellent experience purchasing my home at Prairie Lake, and I want to recognize both Blake and Alex for making the process so smooth. I’m extremely disappointed with how this HOA operates. The fees and charges feel completely predatory—charging $30 just to send a certified letter is excessive and unreasonable. Even more frustrating, they justified this as a “hard cost,” which doesn’t make sense for something so minor. I understand that Texas law may require certain notices to be sent via certified mail, but that doesn’t justify passing along an additional $30 charge to homeowners—especially when there are already excessive fees of around $80 being collecte... read more
