I’m extremely disappointed with how this HOA operates. The fees and charges feel completely predatory—charging $30 just to send a certified letter is excessive and unreasonable. Even more frustrating, they justified this as a “hard cost,” which doesn’t make sense for something so minor. I understand that Texas law may require certain notices to be sent via certified mail, but that doesn’t justify passing along an additional $30 charge to homeowners—especially when there are already excessive fees of around $80 being collecte... read more
Terrible el servicio de garantia, Malo acabados fueron 4 veces a reperar una grieta de pared de la sala y no pudierion hacerlo bien , el aire acondicionado de la casa al año daño , muy mala experiencia con esta compañia !!!
