Prairie Kitchen catered our annual safety day. It was very well recieved. Ordered pizza, fun buns, and salads. The salads were a hit. The fun buns were unique. Some of the smash burgers were under or over done but tasted great. Was a bit disappointed with the amount of chicken on the Honey Dill fun buns but all in all it was very good. Thanks again chef Matty!
I had the pleasure of using Prairie Kitchen Catering for our business's grand opening. Everyone showed up early to prepare, Matty the owner came by to ensure everything was proper, and the food was beyond expectations! Still having our clients comment on how good it was. Wouldn't think twice about using them for future events. The chicken skewers, bruschetta, and veggie chips were all a hit!
I recently coordinated a work event where we brought in a catered buffet, and the entire experience was exceptional. The food was outstanding—rich, flavourful, and well prepared. Prairie Kitchen Catering created a wonderful pop-up event in our home. Matty, Jackie + Steph were and engaging and fun super trio. They planned an amazing menu, assembling the food right before our guests....every bite was top-notch delicious! They were very attentive to the individual needs of the group, moving around the room serving appies and pouring drinks. Total amateurs!! Dinner service was slow and disorganized. We didn’t get our mains until half the room was finished eating and didn’t receive any sides stated on the menu. My mom has an allergy and became really ill from the food. Would give one star if possible Don’t waste your money.
