This is a joke of a shop. I've been here 4 hours and all they've done is connect the obd reader and said they will print out a report with codes so a mechanic can see the truck. I haven't seen one truck come in or out of the shop so I know they are not busy, there is no movement at all in the bays. Worse thing is that I have to wait because my trucks torque is derated so I cannot drive it anymore. Avoid at all costs they don't want your business.
