I'm going to start off by saying that we are very happy with the final product of our ensuite renovation done by PHS, but the process of getting there could definitely have been better. We started talking with PHS in July of 2023 and gave our deposit. We had been talking with them over the next couple of months about what we wanted and how it would look. Absolutely amazing team. They were clean, they were informative on products to use. They had a fantastic designer help us out. They were able to adapt to change requests. We will use them for our other projects again. Jeff the sales team member was incredible.
My husband and I are not handy, so when it came to completely renovating our kitchen we needed help. PHS was professional, communicative, and at the right price point. We asked to tear down two load bearing walls and wanted off season coloured cabinets. We were happy with the process and extremely excited when we had the final product. It has completely changed the feel of our house and I am grateful for their amazing service.
We were hiring from out of province so naturally were pretty nervous about picking a renovation company. Chase was really easy to talk to and kept us up to date on everything. Communication was excellent. I had a few concerns as the project went on and they were addressed quickly and creatively. We had the kitchen and bathroom updated and were very happy with the aesthetic and overall workmanship. The floors and baseboards are flawless.
