I couldn’t have asked for a more communicative, collaborative and efficient group to work with. Nate was thorough in developing a plan to build a net new bathroom in my bungalow that fit within unique space constrictions and passed the requirements for the city. Nate and his team helped me with a fairly major main floor/kitchen remodel that included knocking down walls, moving plumbing/gas line, new flooring and trim/doors. The end result was fantastic! From the design to the implementation, Nate is professional and a good communicator, and kept things moving along smoothly. He addressed my concerns in a timely and thorough manner, because he wasn't happy unless I was happy! (And I do tend to be a bit of a perfectionist...) Nate has done two major jobs for us so far and done brilliantly on both. For starters, he was the only contractor I interviewed who asked lots of questions up front and even brought in his plumbing subcontractor to make sure everything he told me he could do in the small spaces involved was actually doable. Then he remodeled two of our bathrooms -- one of which was a disaster area -- and turned them into lovely, safe, and much more functional spaces. Nate Sawyer and Prairie Home Improvement get an A+ for the way they handled our two bathroom renovations, one a complete redo of a full bath and the other a replacement and build-out of a quarter into a three-quarter.
