Poor management and staff, the entire staff are trained liars!! They do not return phone calls!! We left the apt and the carpet in a better condition than when we moved in, they still charged us for the carpet cleaning, after being there only for 3 months, on a short term lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I’m local to Spokane but this review would be beneficial to out-of-townners and college students alike. If you have to rent without viewing property first I highly suggest recommend requesting ** MATTHEW BOWMAN ** as I guarantee he will do everything possible to ensure you’re satisfied. What I would most rave about is how resident oriented and accommodating MATTHEW BOWMAN is. I'm a mature, male adult who has had enough of these people walking all over me. I am literally outraged!!!!! Do NOT move here!!!!!!!!!! Dog excrement was everywhere....it was on the grass, on the sidewalk, right outside my bedroom window and even in the laundry room on 2 separate occasions.
