The apartments seem wonderful when you are doing your tour because they only show you the good parts. The parking situation is a joke and I had my car and garage broken into while I lived there. Management is either rude and unhelpul, or they talk to you like you're a two year old. Either they lied to me multiple times or truly have no idea what their policies are because I could never get a straight OR consistent answer from any of the staff. The management does not have the renters best interest at heart. They will tell you what ever you want to hear just to get you to sign the lease. The maintenance crew walk in to your apartment when ever they want, they don't lock the door after attending to a maintenance call, there are not enough trash containers, management leaves trash laying around the trash containers for days, the spell is the worst. When it snows don't expect management to clear the parking area soon.
