The doctor said she would get in touch with me after my last visit...nothing. I've left three messages in the last week for them to reach out to my insurance for a prior authorization for medication... nothing. The nurse never returns my calls. If you don't want to take care of the patients who want to take care of themselves just let them know so they can find providers who will take care of them, listen to them and care about them and their well-being. They don't follow AHA guidelines for blood pressure monitoring.Over 5 years & a total of 7 visits...the nurse always rushes the test...never allowing the patient to relax! I also had 2 appts cancelled by the Dr. over a period of 18 months with no reason given.Avoid this office and look elsewhere! 11/2025 Update: HSHS St Elizabeth's had a security breach w/thousands of patients ID's exposed to hackers earlier this year...unacceptable!

The AHA recommends 5 min in a relaxed environment before testing! I also had 2 appointments cancelled by the Dr. over a period of a year with no reason given.Avoid this office and look elsewhere!
