RecommendedMy family and I toured Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing, and hands down this is an amazing community! We moved Mommy in last week. She’s very happy with her unit and the staff. We are happy as well, no correction, we are ecstatic that she is getting her wants and needs met! You know the saying if Mama ain’t happy then nobody is...We are all smiles over here!❤️ Thanks Prairie Green for wowing our socks off and then delivering!
Prarie Green is a very clean Facility with great staff. From the Initial visit with Vincent, made it easy to decide where I wanted my Mom to be. Linda the move in Coordinator worked with us until we got everything we needed to make the transition smooth, thanks for your patience! With Mom being new to the Facility Belinda (Director) made sure she participated in activities and wasn't feeling left out. I have mixed feelings about Prairie Green. The place is very clean and well kept, their food is pretty good, and the staff is very nice towards me when I visit my aunt; from what I've witnessed, they're very caring for the residents as well. I do have concerns with the constant changing of administration, and now my concern is in regards to some nurses failing to live up to the terms of the contract insofar as handling my aunt's healthcare. It is nice and clean the atmosphere was pleasant staff Pleasant my grandfather is comfortable he loves it, they're taking very good care of him and he's happy that's all that matters.
