Dr Naga & her nurses are great & always have been to me. I appreciate them!
The office staff forgot to check me in and I sat in the lobby for an hour. They send you bills months later and tried to bill me multiple times for annual physicals that are covered by insurance. The payment and appointment scheduling system is outdated and if you don’t use it correctly to reschedule an appointment they will charge you a $50 no show fee even if you call. Our whole family changed to Duly and it is much more user friendly and modern.

Dr. Heller-Bair and her staff are the best! I cannot say enough nice things about them. They care about their patients and always go above and beyond. My family would never want another Doctor. I am truly grateful to Dr. Heller-Bair and her staff.
Our son nearly died for this doctor of wrong diagnosis. She found him, ear infections, issued medicines and sent home ( said - come back after 4 days if he still sick ). Next day he lacked appendicitis, and we have spent two weeks in intensive care clinics for children, 6 months on antibiotics and then 3 surgeries. 1 year later he got type 1 diabetes because of the intensity of the treatment. So Run away from this with your doctor if you want to stay alive. Remember: Dr. Ilah Heller-Bair
