Randy was amazing—he truly knows his stuff. We previously had someone come out to look at our dryer because it wasn’t drying well, but that technician said everything was fine and left. This time around, Randy found the issue within seconds. The problem was a lint clog, and he immediately got to work. I was a resident of Prairie Gate Community for six years, and unfortunately, the quality of management and maintenance has declined significantly over the last two years. What was once a well-run property has become increasingly mismanaged, unresponsive, and frustrating to live in. Property maintenance is consistently inadequate. Several streetlights on the property remained out for over a year, creating safety concerns that were never addressed despite multiple notifications. Randy in maintenance was so amazing!! We used to wait months for simple maintenance request. This new team has been fast and efficient! We put in a request and were hoping for same day service. He was here within 30 min and everything was fixed with the hour.. Kudos to Randy and the new team.
