Alicia was amazing , she really made me feel at home and so comfortable! Made the whole tour an experience! She was a blessing I didn’t get the same vibes from apartments around the area. Though there is alot of competition. I would say definitely check it out. I wish all people were like her at apartments.
The tour was great but application process HORRIBLE. I was expected to move a week after my tour and I’m still waiting for an application approval after 1 month. They do not answer phones nor emails. I’ve been told multiple times that I’d be able to move then it goes back to we are still processing your application or we’d have to find your file……
My leasing agent Alicia, went above and beyond with meeting my requirements and settling me into my new home! Highly recommend her!
My first review was a 1 because I couldn't give a 0, due to Alicia Denworth inserting herself exuding extreme cattiness. I deleted that review because the Property Manager reached out in an attempt to understand exactly what happened so she could make things right. And, yes I allowed her to. Zephi Velarde, Property Manager has good intentions for making this property the most sought out rental community to live in Grand Prairie TX, ensuring all residents are treated equally, with the utmost respect and dignity.
