Positive: Great designers and junior architects. Negative: Do not use if you're a smaller operation in need of a build out. For apparent mechanical work we were gouged for items not delivered in the original proposal. It was communicated ahead of time our timeline was critical as well as our budget (after decades of being in school) and after months of planning, meetings, and site work we were gouged and delayed at every check-point of the process.
