This was my first visit after recently moving to the area. We picked Prairie Family Dental because they had the best reviews and now I know why. Right when I walked in, Brenda, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. My hygienist, Angie, and Dr Heather were equally as pleasant, and informative and thorough. They showed me everything and explained it so I would understand. I thought my last dentist was amazing and Prairie Family Dental blew me away with the service they provided to me today!
They found that I had an extra little Bean (baby tooth) hiding lin plain sight!! These Folks are awesome!! Love my new Dentist!
This dental clinic is truly excellent. My 5-year-old daughter lost a dental crown while eating something hard. When I called, they guided me on what to do and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival, we were attended to promptly: they evaluated the situation, reassured my daughter, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They are very patient with children, and Dr. Holt and her staff are highly skilled and very kind.
The best dentist and hygienist, I have ever received care from! Even with extreme dental anxiety they make you feel so calm and reassured!
