They are great working with my granddaughter. She doesn't mind going there any other place she refuses to go. They're just great all the way around
I have received care here for 8 years and they always do a great job - friendly, kind, gentle, informative, clean. Excellent dental clinic.
Terrible place to go. Manager is super rude. Talks down on the people she works with. I’ve never written a bad review or had this bad of customer service but I do not want anyone else have to deal with these retainers. This is also all for 1 top retainer! The lady I first talked to was super nice and said she’d help best she could. I can’t say enough good things about Prairie Family Dental. As someone who struggles with serious dentist anxiety, I usually dread appointments—but this place completely changed that for me. For a so-called christian Dentist and “office manager”, they sure are rude to their patients. They are turning patients away and refusing to book them solely for their lack of care for people. Notice how many people who live near this office choose to drive an hour away to a different dentist rather than come here. If you wish to be talked down to, this is the perfect place for you.
