I had a wonderful experience at this optometry clinic. The care was excellent, everything was efficient, and I felt supported throughout the visit. I especially want to mention Mishelle, she was truly exceptional — her help and kindness made a stressful moment, like an eye exam for my baby, much easier. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Dr. Mackenzie, Mishelle and Devin were amazing. They have a great variety of glasses and great prices. They accepted my insurance very easily, I usually have to pay upfront and file claims, but the whole process here was very smooth.
So I have been going to Prairie Eye Care McIvor for a few years now, and have never had a complaint until today. Today I just wanted to order some contact lenses, and the lady on the phone basically told me that I am not able to order any as I am required to pay for an eye exam yearly. I literally just had an eye exam last year. I then explained to the lady that my eyes are fine, as I was told last year when I had my last exam, and that there are no trouble.
