I booked snow removal from mid October to mid April, to get the discount as I am a senior on a limited income. There was no snow in October and November and not much after that. On April 15 it started snowing and continued through to Thursday. On Thursday April 16 I received an email stating my contract was done. No provision for the current snowfall.
