The woman who answered the phone was the rudest, most out of line, and nasty person I've ever dealt with over the phone. Not sure what personal stuff she was dealing with but if you're that upset or hate your job that much maybe look for something outside customer service. Can't imagine how much business they lose because of her rude attitude.
