Dropped in while visiting at their new location, super friendly owners, coach and members. Was a lot of fun, will be back!
Joined almost 7 years ago and have never looked back. I had no idea what Crossfit was, but wanted to try it. Found great exercise, new things to learn, great people and awesome schedule. Coaches are top notch, so friendly, helpful and adaptive. If you are looking for a great place to work out and have some fun, this is the place.

Try coach Elena. She is kind, patient, clear, assertive, and also super effective. She creates really nice exercise routines that will make you sweat your shirt and like CrossFit. You will see results in your body immediately.
