Abysmal customer service - they changed their billing system and its been screwed up for a month now, sending out emails saying rent is past due and then that I'm being locked out. Been a customer for 5+ years and have my CC on file since day 1! Left voice mail AND emails and no response. Terrible!! They also have minimal winter maintenance, my storage door is frozen shut to ice/snow accumulation for months each winter.
Always friendly, and units are clean and secure. Overall great experience.
