Do not recommend at all. Was referred here but staff was unprofessional, billing issues still have not been resolved after multiple attempts to clear it up and their doors are locked when their sign says they are open. Phone calls and emails go unanswered.

There were multiple times where I had an appointment booked and Prairie Counseling Services canceled it on their end. They didn't give any explanation nor did they call to say they needed to cancel my appointment and try to help me reschedule another one. Instead I get an email and text saying my appointment was cancelled. They send a link for you to book a new appointment but that doesn't work so you have to call. When I did call, I can't get a new appointment until a month away. It defeats the purpose of getting help right... read more
