Would not recommend this Caterer to anyone. We were at a family wedding this past weekend - was a Black Tie wedding but definitely not black tie event food. Salads were good but rest of meal was like low end street food. And quite an odd array of dishes. My husband and I used them for our wedding this June. Right from the start Jimmy was communicative and knowledgeable, he always responded to my emails within 2 business days with answers to my questions and suggestions. We had so much fun at the tasting and they truly treated us like honoured guests. On our wedding day they were punctual and professional, truly the most reliable out of all the vendors we had booked. I would not recommend Prairie Catering. Over a month ago, we agreed on a refund, yet despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to send the money. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. A business should stand by its commitments, but Prairie Catering has shown a complete disregard for professionalism and customer service. Just used them for our wedding and was amazing to deal with. Did gluten free perfect and tasted delicious and their price is amazing for the quality and service!
