Jimmy his kitchen crew, delivery servers are above and beyond. We hired Prairie catering for two events at the National Doberman Specialty Show. The charcuterie, crudite etc was presented artistically and well beyond what we had expected for an outdoor event. The Southwest BBQ had people constantly asking who the caters were. Had such a great experience with this caterer! Hired them for an anniversary party with a large tapas-style spread, and we got so many compliments on the food! People loved the spice on the meat skewers and the variety of dishes we were able to have. Prairie catering was easy to work with, so accommodating, kind, and helpful, and easily adapted the menu to include those with dietary restrictions. Definitely a recommend from us.
I have used Prairie Catering twice for a corporate lunch (sandwiches, salads, finger foods). The food was high quality (and I am picky) and the staff were on time. The owner is responsive to pre-event emails.
