Had a 48 hour heartrate monitor order. I called them at least 6 times trying to get an appointment scheduled while I had my days off with doctors note to wear the device. They call me the day I return to work with an attitude about how I missed their first call on the 2nd as if I didn’t return their call 6 times. Lady was extremely rude on the phone and jumped straight to well we can just cancel the order for you then.
