I was a very excited customer when the table with four benches arrived at my house. However, after finding a few blemishes they took the table and one of the benches back to "fix up". It was returned with a larger divot and the bench they worked on is a different color as well as the end leaf on each end. I was recommended Prairie Barnwood by my interior design contact that assisted with the vision and design I had in mind for my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, service, install team and overall communication from Tara, Blayne and the whole team. My wife and I decided we wanted a new media centre but we had a very specific idea in mind of how we wanted it to look and what we needed for measurements and storage. Tara and Blayne at Prairie Barnwood have been outstanding in handling an issue we created. We asked them to build a custom cabinet for our bathroom. We went back and forth on the design until we got what we thought we wanted. Imagine our surprise when the cabinet came in at twice the depth we could handle. We signed off on the design so this was on us. We called Tara and asked for help. They literally cut the cabinet in half and made other adjustments to give us what we needed. We purchased a custom dining room table from Prairier Barnwood. It's beautiful! The design experience was seamless, with them answering any questions we had and providing recommendations based on our space. About one year after receiving the table, the moving pieces controlling the leaves slightly shrunk. Prairie Barnwood sent a repair team to fix the table on site for no charge. I highly recommend working with Prairie Barnwood next time you need heirloom wood furniture.
