The extremely high cost of membership is the first deterrent. This is Ritz Carlton pricing for Super 8 quality. Could maybe pass for a Holiday Inn, if you squint. Though you cannot break your contact, PAC reserves the right to increase membership fees at their discretion and whimsy.
