Our pets love these guys! When our old cat had to be put to sleep, they were really perfect. They all really, really love animals. They schedule well so we never wait long for our appts. We've used the boarding and wouldn't recommend it, but overall, the people are fantastic.
I cannot say enough good things about Prairie Animal Hospital in Coeur d’Alene. My two cats recently had surgery, vaccinations, and boarding there for several days, and the care they received was truly exceptional. Gave us instructions for for neck and shoulder pain. Take meds for 4 or 5 weeks and on a diet to lose some weight. Very good experience 😃
Every single person in there (front desk, techs, vets) is INCREDIBLY nice and empathetic. The care here is efficient without being rushed. My cat is TERRIBLE at the vet. She’s still not a fan, but I will say she’s been better here than any other vet we’ve been to! I’ve been letting everyone I know that this is the best clinic in town!
