Went to say goodbye to my parents cat today and while I was waiting the 10 minutes for Moira to fall asleep (before the IV was put in) the vet tech came in wanting me to PAY. While I am crying saying goodbye. On top of that I can clearly hear vet techs in the back laughing and talking. They had the candle lit that someone is saying goodbye, but apparently that doesn’t apply to staff. So disappointing.
Everyone at PAHC is so kind and caring. Our cat, Kit is very elderly now and I appreciate their advice and reassurance regarding her continued care.
Always feel at home when you walk through the door, the techs are very friendly and the animals are always excited to see them.
They take good care of the animals. Good place to go.
