I had Prairie Accents install a glass railing on my deck about 9 years ago. They did a fantastic job and I love the product. I called Kevin last week asking for some parts. Due to deck movement some of the hardware needed replacing. Kevin found some spare parts and came by and replaced them, no charge. Warranty was over long time ago but Kevin stepped up and came by to help. You don’t see that in a business these days. If I could I would give home 5 stars Plus. Thank you very much.
I love my new deck! The vinyl was very well done and the rail looks awesome! The people are so easy to work with and you can tell they really care! Now I can enjoy my morning coffee outside on my beautiful deck!
They do fantastic work. I've had to call them back to replace my glass railing 4 times. Not by any fault of theirs. It's just so darn clean that every time I've heard an ice cream truck or anything else of that nature, I've accidentally ran through the glass with excitement. But they're been so supportive and helpful, that I could not recommend them enough
